Operations
Commitment to environmental stewardship
The company actively reduces its operational footprint through waste management, water stewardship, and climate action initiatives.
- Diverted 77% of waste from landfills, exceeding goal of 75%
- Achieved a 29% reduction in GHG emissions (Scopes 1 and 2), exceeding goal of 10% from 2020 baseline.
- Reused 70% of water at the Belgium site via on-site treatment.
- Increased renewable energy use to 7.54% of total energy; generated 2 million kWh from solar panels sold back to the grid.
- Implemented reactive power reduction technology, saving energy and reducing electrical consumption, notably an 8% reduction at South Carolina plant in 2025.

- In 2025, employees organized food drives, pitched in on Earth Day cleanup events, planted trees, and supported young learners with school supplies.
- At our U.S. sites, 54 employees dedicated 307 hours to support their local communities.
- Ongoing partnership with United Way across the US and other non-profit organizations, and newly launched Bikes for a Brighter Future.
- Developing tomorrow's workforce via the Norman M. Fain College Scholarship Program — 10 scholarships of $2,500 each awarded in 2025.
- Clean and cool workspaces and safety milestones celebrated across five+ facilities in 2025.
- Zero customer health and safety incidents connected with products.
